Plans, add ons, and pricing

Compare Free, Essentials, Scale, and Enterprise, see the marketing every paid plan includes, what you pay only past a limit, soft users, AI credits, and the trial.

Plans are priced per full user per month in United States dollars. A full user is a person who signs in to work across the workspace. Employee accounts that only use their own attendance, time off, payslips, and tax forms are soft users: each workspace has 10 included every month, then pays per person. Marketing is included in every plan, and you pay more only when you go past a limit.

Enterprise is a custom contract billed by invoice, with volume pricing on users and payroll, pooled AI credits, and a migration project. It is suggested for companies above 200 employees. Choose Contact sales on the Enterprise card to book a call with the Agaro team.

The Subscription page also shows a Free card: the CRM for one user, at no cost. A workspace lands on Free when its trial ends unpaid or its paid plan ends, and a Super Admin can switch to it on purpose. Free keeps Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Scheduling, and Events working for the workspace owner, and leaves everything else visible and read only. It has no AI credits, AI agents, App Builder, API, MCP, connectors, payroll, or marketing email. See The Free plan.

Marketing is included in every plan

Every paid plan, and the free trial, includes each month:

AllowanceIncluded
Marketing emails1,000 a month
Social postsUnlimited
Active workflows2, with 5 runs each a month
Email senders2
Social accounts2
LinkedIn sendersNone included, add them as below

Allowances reset on the 1st of each month. Workflows are a fixed limit on every plan: when 2 workflows are running, stop one before you switch another on, and a workflow that has used its 5 runs runs again from the 1st of next month. Nothing is sold past the workflow limit.

The Marketing plan is no longer sold, because marketing is included in every plan. A workspace that already pays for it keeps it and its allowances. It appears under Settings → Subscription → Paid add ons, where it can be removed. Once removed it cannot be added back, and your extra senders stay.

Pay only past a limit

WhatPrice
Marketing email pack$10 a month for 10,000 more marketing emails. Stack as many packs as you need. Unused emails do not roll over.
AI credit top up$1 for 80 credits
Extra email sender$2 a month per sender, past the 2 your plan includes
Extra LinkedIn sender$10 a month per account
App Builder published project$5 a month for each published project past the plan
App Builder traffic$3 for each million requests past the plan
Soft users$4 per person a month past the 10 included ($2.70 in Saudi Arabia and the UAE)

Any paid plan can buy extra email and LinkedIn senders under Settings → Subscription → Marketing → Extra senders. During the free trial they can be added once the first payment goes through. Buy AI credits with Add credits on the Subscription page. App Builder and soft user usage is measured for each month and billed after the month ends.

The Pay only past your limits card on the Subscription page lists these prices and this month's soft user count. Its soft user line shows your workspace's own rate: $2.70 for a Saudi Arabia or UAE workspace, $4 for any other.

Soft users

Soft users (attendance and payroll): 10 included, then $4 per person a month, or $2.70 per person a month for a workspace in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates.

A person is counted as a soft user in a month when they are not a full user and, during that month, at least one of these is true:

  • their employee account can sign in,
  • they are tracked in attendance, or
  • they are paid in an Agaro payroll run.

Each person is counted once, however many of these apply. Full users are never counted, and an employee who becomes a full user stops counting. The month is measured after it ends, and the number billed is that final count less the 10 included. For example, 10 soft users bill nothing, and 11 bill one person at $4 ($2.70 in Saudi Arabia and the UAE).

The rate follows the country of the workspace. Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates pay $2.70 per person past the 10 included, and every other country pays $4. The first 10 are included everywhere. A workspace whose payroll runs in another system, such as Gusto, is not charged for soft users.

AI credits

Essentials includes 300 and Scale 1,000 AI credits per full user each month, shared by the assistant and App Builder. When they run out, add more at $1 for 80 credits. Enterprise has a pooled allowance set by contract.

Trial

The trial lasts 14 days and includes everything in Scale: every module and AI agents. The Open API and MCP start once the workspace has paid, so a trial key is refused until you subscribe. A trial that ends without a plan moves the workspace to the Free plan, and nothing is deleted. The trial has 700 shared AI credits for the whole workspace, allows up to 10 users, and limits marketing email to 1,000 a month. App Builder works during the trial, and publishing opens when you subscribe.

If you subscribe during the trial, you keep the trial days you have left: the card is collected now and the first charge waits for the end of the trial.

Changing plans

An upgrade takes effect at once and is prorated to your billing cycle. A downgrade takes effect when your current billing period ends, and nothing is charged that day. Until then the Subscription page shows the date of the change and offers to keep your current plan.

Workspaces on the earlier plans

A workspace billed on the earlier per user plans (Starter, Growth, or Scale per active user) keeps its plan and price until it moves to the plans above. On those plans marketing is included as described above, extra senders can be bought without the Marketing plan, and the App and Website Builder remains a $79 monthly workspace add on.

Currency

Plan and add on prices are in USD even when the workspace uses another operating currency for invoices, payroll, or reports. Workspace currency does not convert the subscription catalog.

Troubleshooting

The invoice is larger than the plan price

The plan price is per full user. Multiply it by your full users, then add any extra senders, email packs, AI top ups, and the previous month's App Builder and soft user usage past the plan.

I cannot add the Marketing plan

It is no longer sold. Marketing is included in every plan. If you need more senders, add extra email or LinkedIn senders.

A workflow will not switch on

Every plan runs up to 2 workflows at a time. Stop a running workflow, then switch this one on.

A paid add on still shows purchase required

Provider billing may not have reconciled, or the recorded price line may be invalid or stale. Use the Subscription reconciliation control and contact support if it reports an invalid billed state.
