Scheduling and follow ups

Keep CRM next actions visible with scheduling, event types, calendar records, and contact activity.

CRM records are most useful when every active relationship has a next action. agaro connects leads and contacts to Scheduling, event types, calendar events, and activity history.

Open the scheduling surfaces

Use these canonical routes:

RoutePurpose
/schedulingScheduling overview and bookings
/calendarCalendar view
/erp/[workspaceSlug]/event-typesWorkspace event type administration
/scheduling/event-typesEvent type compatibility route
/scheduling/trashRecently deleted scheduling records

The Scheduling module controls scheduling pages. Event type administration is visible when the related Events capability is installed.

Use scheduling from CRM

  1. Open a lead or contact.
  2. Review its activity and existing next steps.
  3. Use the Scheduling link to create or review the appropriate booking.
  4. Return to the CRM record and confirm the action is represented in its timeline or activity where supported.

Use a task for internal work that needs assignment, dependencies, proof, or approval. Use scheduling for a time booked with a person. Avoid creating both unless the internal task adds a separate operational responsibility.

Event types

Event types define the booking experience for a workspace. Open the event type list, create or edit a type, and verify its public or workspace booking route before sharing it. If an event type is archived, existing bookings remain historical records.
