Release notes
Release notes: 30 October 2026
What changed on 30 October 2026, including Analysis in Reports, the Reports navigation and filters, bank connections with Stripe, one Scheduling area, settings changes, and Manufacturing leaving the product.
This update follows the 29 October release. Each item links to the page that explains how it works.
Lists and Reports
- List pages no longer show summary cards. The figures and trends moved to Reports, under a new Analysis section at
/reports/analysis, with one page each for Bank, Vendor bills, Income, Expenses, Payments, Invoices, and Quotes. Open one from the Analysis button in the header of each list. The old Payments, Expenses, and Income analysis addresses redirect. See Analysis. - Reports has one frame. A sticky Reports navigation lists every report you can open, the statements and the aging reports share one filter bar, and the navigation ends with Ask Agaro to customize your reports. See Reports: navigation, filters, and custom reports, which also explains how to create, save, and open a custom report.
- Taxes is a sidebar dropdown with Overview, Returns, Configuration, Fiscal positions, Cash basis, and, where they apply, VAT checks and Payroll taxes. See Taxes and financial reports.
Bank connections
- Connecting a bank account is one button, Connect to Stripe. Where Stripe cannot yet share bank activity, Connect with balances only connects balances without transactions. Only a Super Admin or Manager with the Expenses module can connect. See Bank import and reconciliation.
Scheduling
- Scheduling is one area. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook from the card at the top of the calendar or from the Calendars menu. The separate Calendars page is gone, and its address opens the connect card.
- A video booking needs a connected calendar to create its Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, or a meeting link you paste yourself.
- On public booking pages, the logo slot follows your plan: Scale and above show your company logo, or nothing if there is none, and plans below Scale show the Agaro logo. The host's photo comes from their employee card, or else their profile picture. See Event Types and public booking.
Settings
- User Settings use the Workspace Settings layout, a sidebar of sections beside the open one. Support is in the account menu, under your card at the bottom of the sidebar. See Account Settings guide.
- Product improvement is a workspace decision in Workspace Settings, Security and Access, for Super Admins only. It replaces the two personal analytics and screen recording switches. Improve the model for everyone is under Developer and AI, Data and Privacy. See Workspace Settings guide.
- Document layout has letterhead lines you can show or hide, a logo size and position, a color picker with brand colors and a readability check, spacing, invoice column switches, and a live preview of the real document. See Document layout.
Manufacturing
- Manufacturing is no longer offered. Bills of materials, manufacturing orders, work centers, the production schedule, unbuild orders, the shop floor, production scrap, engineering changes (PLM), and subcontracting are not in the sidebar, the Store, search, the Agaro Agent, or the API. Records created earlier are kept untouched. The Manufacturing pages in these docs are marked as not currently offered.
