Release notes
Release notes: 29 October 2026
What changed on 29 October 2026, including the Supply Chain restructure, product images, finance accuracy, Loans, direct install from the Store, folder import, and App Builder.
This release reorganizes the Supply Chain, makes finance and payroll more accurate, and adds several smaller improvements. Each item links to the page that explains how it works.
Where things moved
The sidebar no longer has a Products and More group or a Sales area. Old addresses redirect, so existing bookmarks keep working.

Supply Chain
- Orders is one list of every order: online store, manual, from a quote, event, and sales orders. A sale appears once. See Orders: one list of every order.
- Delivery is a module of its own, with deliveries, shipments, customer returns, delivery methods, and carriers. Shippo joins FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL Express as a carrier connection, with rates, labels, and carrier status. See Carriers and Shippo.
- Purchase and Manufacturing are modules of their own too. Their addresses stay
/procurementand/manufacturing. Workspaces that already used them have them installed, and people who had Inventory access kept the same access. Delivery, Purchase, and Manufacturing each work with Inventory. - Orders, Delivery, Inventory, Warehouse, Purchase, and Manufacturing each have a dropdown of their pages in the sidebar, and the top bar shows the same pages as tabs. Overviews are shorter: a quick start, four figures, and the one list you work from.
- Inventory settings has switches for what shows in the menu: the Warehouse, Quality, PLM, Barcode, and Maintenance apps, and seven groups of advanced pages. A hidden page still opens by its address. See Inventory control center.
Products
- A product can have up to 12 images. The first is the main image, and the list, the grid, the shop, and the record all show it. See Product images.
- The product record shows every section on one page, with tables edited in place and the thumbnails under the capability toggles. See Products and the product record.
Finance
- Payroll accuracy. Payslips are approved by a Super Admin who did not post them, and a payslip is paid only after that. Bonus and deduction entries have a Tax treatment. A Payroll Setup switch decides whether days absent from attendance are deducted. Payroll posts to three accounts of its own: 1160, 2240, and 2250. See Run payroll and Accounting and ledger.
- Finance reports. Cash Flow is built from the journal ledger. Statements show each currency on its own until you choose one to present them in, and then convert at the rate on the last day of the column. See Taxes and financial reports.
- Expenses and approvals. Nobody approves or pays out their own expense. Posting a vendor bill, a bill payment, a customer payment, or a journal reversal follows an approval rule when your workspace has one. See Payments, expenses, and income and Vendor bills.
- Loans is a Finance module for money you lend and money you borrow, with schedules, repayments, collateral, covenants, credit facilities, and a loan book. See Loans.
- Income has new create and record pages, and a Post to ledger action. Payment links have a form with a live preview of what the customer sees. The Payments page shows Payments, Refunds, Net collected, and Outstanding balance.
- Bank lines suggest the open invoices they may pay. See Bank import and reconciliation.
Store
- Admins and managers install a module in one click. There is no request to send and no approval step, and the Store no longer shows Request access. See Apps catalog and modules.
- A new module is never installed for you. The Brand new module dialog announces it once per person, and Check it out opens its details.
Documents and Images
- Import folder brings a whole folder, or a mix of files and folders, into Documents or Images, keeping the folder structure. Drop files and folders anywhere on the page. See Documents and Images.
- The document Type field creates a new type as you type, for administrators and managers.
Look and settings
- Buttons, dropdowns, selects, menus, tooltips, and dialogs share one look and one set of timings. Lists use the same 32 pixel rows. Nothing slides in from the side of the screen.
- Dark mode and Light switch in a single frame, so the whole page changes at once. Choose them, or follow your device, under Account Settings, Preferences.
- Account Settings shares one centered column for the header, tabs, and cards.
- Compact layout holds its position on lists, record pages, tab switches, saves, and create pages.
- The Org chart can be searched, zoomed, and printed, and an employee record shows the reporting line. See Org chart and reporting lines.
- The Activity Log has a timeline and a table view, a summary, filters, and CSV export. See Record pages, trash, and activity.
App Builder
- Reliability. A failed AI request is retried once in a lighter form, and a failure names the files and gives a reference. The preview shows the page assembling as files are written, and a row of agent faces shows progress.
- Publishing is in Settings. Publish, Security, Analytics, Cloud, Agent, Secrets, Collaboration, and SEO are sections of a Settings view in the editor pane. A security check runs before publishing. See Publish sites, SEO, domains, and analytics.
- Web search for the builder is a workspace switch under Settings, Developer and AI. See Build a website with App Builder.
- App connections. Export to GitHub and connect Supabase by signing in to your own accounts through Agaro's app connections.
