Scheduling

Website submissions

Review every form your website sends to Agaro, turn a submission into a lead, retry a failed one, or discard it.

Website submissions are the forms your website posts to Agaro, for example a contact or project request form that sends its data to the public website intake endpoint (/api/public/website-intake). They are listed under Scheduling, in the Submissions row of the sidebar, at:

/scheduling/submissions

The page needs the Leads module, because each submission can become a lead. People without it do not see the row.

The list

Each row shows when the submission arrived, its status, the contact's name and email, the organization, industry and budget, and a link to the lead it created. Open a row to see the whole submission.

Filter by status with the buttons above the table:

StatusMeaning
ReceivedArrived and not turned into a lead yet
Lead createdA lead was created from it
DuplicateIt matched an earlier submission
FailedCreating the lead failed; the record shows the last error
DiscardedSet aside by a person; no lead is created

The two panels above the filters show how submissions move through these statuses and which pages or sources send the most.

A submission's record

The record shows the contact, the project details the form sent (industry, company size, timeframe, budget, services of interest), the situation and notes, where it came from (source, source URL, address, browser) and the raw data exactly as it arrived.

From the record you can:

  • Convert to lead a received submission that has no lead yet, or Retry a failed one.
  • Discard a submission that should not become a lead. It stays under the Discarded filter.
  • Delete it permanently (Super Admin only). A lead already created from it stays in Leads.

A read only workspace, including a workspace on the Free plan, can view submissions but not change them.

Moved from Leads

Submissions used to live at /leads/intakes. That address, and any link to a single submission under it, now opens the same page under Scheduling.
