Billing
Who pays whom
Who is charged, by whom, and for what. The platform subscription you pay Agaro, the payments your own customers make to you, and what happens if nobody pays.
Two separate flows of money run through Agaro, and they never touch each other. Mixing them up is the most expensive mistake available here, so this page states plainly who charges whom.
- The platform rail. What Agaro charges for the software. It is always paid to Agaro, by the workspace using it.
- Your customer rail. What you charge your own customers: invoices, payment links, store orders, and paid bookings. It settles into your own Stripe account, and Agaro takes no part in setting your prices.
The platform rail
You pay Agaro per user, per month, on your workspace's own subscription. Paid add ons are billed to your workspace on top, once per workspace and not per user. MCP and the Open API are included in Scale and Enterprise, so there is no separate MCP charge per user. See Plans, add ons, and pricing for the plans and prices.
Open Settings → Subscription to start or change your subscription, and Manage billing to update the card or read your invoices. Only a Super Admin can do this. See Manage a subscription and paid add ons.
Your customer rail
Money your customers pay you goes to the Stripe account you connect under Settings → Payments. Agaro does not silently route it through the platform subscription account. See Get paid, end to end.

What happens if nobody pays
A workspace that stops paying moves to the Free plan: the CRM for one user. The owner keeps working in Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Scheduling, and Events, and everything else stays visible and read only. Data is never deleted for non payment. A Super Admin can restore full access from the subscription page.
