Workspace and personal integrations
Understand which integrations belong to the workspace or the individual user, and configure mail, calendar, address, geolocation, Stripe, shipping carriers, and publishing safely.
agaro separates workspace credentials from personal connections. This prevents one employee's mailbox or calendar from silently becoming the organization's shared integration.
Workspace versus personal scope

Workspace settings are generally available to Super Admins and Managers, with certain credentials restricted to Super Admin. Personal connection mutations are available only when the user's role, workspace modules, subscription state, and deployment configuration permit them.
The Integrations page
Open Settings → Integrations (/settings?tab=integrations) to see every integration in one list. Each is a tile, grouped under Accounting and ERP, CRM, Sales, Payroll, HR, Marketing and social, Payments, Productivity, Developer, and Move your data to Agaro. Use Search integrations (for example QuickBooks or Gmail) or a category button to narrow the list.
What a tile offers depends on how that app connects:

A Super Admin can share a connection with the whole workspace. Other roles connect an account for themselves, shown as Just you, while a shared one is shown as Workspace. Connectors need a plan that includes them. See Plans, add ons, and pricing.
When the tile asks you to add a module
Some apps belong to a module area. If the workspace has not added any module of that area, the tile says which one to add from the Store, instead of saying your permissions forbid it.

When the module is in the workspace but you may not use it, the tile says Your permissions do not allow connecting this app. See Apps catalog and modules.
Company systems are data transfer, not live connections
Oracle NetSuite, NetSuite CRM, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors, along with SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Ariba, Microsoft Business Central, and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, connect through Company connectors on the same page. Select Connect on the tile to open that section. These connections exist to move your data into Agaro: Agaro reads them and never writes back. They are not live two way connections to the other system.
NetSuite, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors work this way because they cannot be connected with a hosted sign in on this platform. They are also reachable under Move your data to Agaro, with your own credentials.
Connectors that are no longer offered
The Wix and Webflow connectors were removed, and so was Microsoft To Do, which cannot be connected on this platform. Their tiles are gone. Google Tasks is the task list connection.
Workspace outgoing Gmail
Use Settings → Integrations → Gmail to connect the mailbox used for workspace notifications and automation. This is separate from a user's personal Gmail invoice sender.
The page lists connected outgoing servers and their from addresses. Removing a server stops that route from being used for future delivery. Review Settings → Communications → Delivery Diagnostics after connection.
Personal Gmail
Use Account Settings → Integrations → Gmail to send supported invoice email from your own Gmail address. The deployment must enable personal invoice sending, Google OAuth must be configured, and the Invoices module must be available.
Disconnect the personal account when the user changes roles or leaves the organization.
Microsoft Outlook 365
Use Settings → Integrations → Outlook for shared Outlook sending and receiving. A Super Admin enters the Azure application details and authorizes the mailbox. The optional from address controls the sender used where permitted.
Disconnecting Outlook stops future mail through that connection. Keep provider secrets out of chat, notes, and source files.
Google Calendar
Calendars are connected in Scheduling, not in Settings. Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar are connected from the card at the top of the Scheduling calendar or from the Calendars menu in the Scheduling toolbar. The older Google Calendar integration page in Settings redirects to Scheduling. See Scheduling calendar and manual events.
Connected calendars can be used for availability conflict checks, booking delivery, and video links. Connected Google calendars also show upcoming events read only. Scheduling remains the system of record for agaro manual events and booking records. Google sourced rows are displayed as read only in the Scheduling list and calendar.
Address autocomplete
Use Settings → Integrations → Address Autocomplete to review provider status, store the supported provider key securely, and test a live address preview.
An autocomplete result is a convenience, not proof of a legal or deliverable address. Verify critical billing, tax, and shipping addresses.
Geolocation
Use Settings → Integrations → Geolocation to select the supported workspace coordinate provider. The current workspace configuration supports no provider or OpenStreetMap based geolocation where available.
Geocoding can fail or return an approximate location. Do not use it alone for safety critical routing or jurisdiction decisions.
Stripe for customer payments
Use Settings → Payments as a Super Admin to connect the tenant's own Stripe account for storefront orders, invoices, and supported paid booking flows. agaro does not silently route tenant customer payments through its platform subscription account.
Shipping carriers
Use Settings → Integrations → Shipping carriers to connect FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL Express, or Shippo. The same connection tiles appear on the Delivery Carriers page, and an account connected in one place shows as connected in the other. Shippo is a hosted sign in, and a Super Admin can share it with the whole workspace. See Carriers and Shippo.
App Builder connections
App Builder uses your own GitHub and Supabase accounts, connected through Agaro's app connections. In Export to GitHub, and in Settings → Cloud → Database of the editor, you sign in once on the provider's own page, so your password and token stay with the provider. Connections need a plan that includes connectors, and only a workspace manager can connect or disconnect them. See Build a website with App Builder.
Publishing
Sites you publish from App Builder are hosted by agaro. Publishing to a Vercel account of your own has ended. Settings → Publishing shows where published sites are served from and offers Disconnect Vercel, which deletes the access token stored for an older connection.
Domains
Use domain settings and the Publish section of the App Builder Settings view to connect an existing domain or manage a purchased one. Domain DNS and email DNS are separate. Pointing a website does not authenticate Gmail or another email provider.
Troubleshooting
I connected Gmail but workspace automation does not use it
Confirm whether you connected personal Gmail or the workspace outgoing server. They serve different scopes. Then review delivery diagnostics.
Google Calendar is unavailable
The Scheduling module, a plan that includes connectors, and an active mutable workspace are required. Ask a workspace administrator to verify them.
A tile says Not available and names a module
The workspace has not added a module of that app's area. Add the module from the Store, then connect again.
An integration page says not configured
Some integrations require platform deployment credentials before a workspace can authorize its own account. A Super Admin cannot repair a missing platform environment setting from the browser.
A former employee's integration is still present
Disconnect the personal connection during offboarding. Suspending the user limits access but does not substitute for revoking third party authorization.
